Since the X-ray was discovered,it is playing increasingly important roles in medical imaging,nondestructive testing,security checks and other fields.X-ray imaging was developed from film imaging,Image intensifier imaging to digital X-ray imaging system.Digital X-ray imaging system is access to the image of the digital signal,it can use the powerful processing of the computer to process the digital signal,so it becomes a hot research in this field.In China,the study on digital X-ray imaging system are still later,not enough depth,and the prices of current digital X-ray imaging system are generally high,it is not conducive to the promotion and using,so digital X-ray imaging system has broad prospect in study field and application field.To solve the above problem,this paper designed a new inexpensive digital system.The part of hardware in this system includes X-ray resource?High-voltage power?X-ray intensifying screen?CCD camera and Computer.The functions of software in this system includes image capturing,displaying,saving,processing and so on.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,we analyzed the principle of X-ray imaging system;Secondly,we analyzed the noise of the ray image,studied different denoising algorithms for different noise and improved the correlation denoising algorithm.Thirdly,focused on the problem that low contrast,edge fog of X-ray image,analyzed related radiation image enhancement algorithm,raised a new X-ray image enhancement algorithm and verified the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.Fourthly,we designed the image acquisition and processing software.This dissertation designed a digital X-ray imaging system based on intensifier screen(CsI)+ CCD camera,the resolution of system is 10lp/cm,the system has high image quality,small in size,light in weight and low in cost.This system can meet the requirements of small object defect detection and small area imaging and it is suitable to use for small enterprises.
