processing,make full use of GIS and efficient spatial data and attribute data maintenance ability and powerful query retrieval function,realizes a channel integrated information platform for the GSI performance,including the creation,space navigation electronic map data display,query,output,can make the system according to the needs of users,reflecting the channel system of point(such as the observation point,a point,beacons,bridge,wharf,etc.),line(such as channel,etc.),surface(such as administrative divisions)involved in the relevant information.5,through the construction of tianjin port intelligent dynamic planning system,objective truly reflect the state of traffic flow in compound channel possible risk,convenient departments formulate corresponding security in time,effectively improve the efficiency of production planning,thus effectively protect the safety of tianjin port shipping unobstructed,increase the productivity of the port channel.6,intelligent dynamic planning
