Design And Implementation Of Multimediaclassroom Management System

Multimedia teaching has the characteristics of real-time,interactive,strong expression,which is an important means of teaching style.Multimedia classroom has become the focus of construction in campus which is the basis of multimedia teaching.With the increasing of the construction of multimedia classroom,the design and implementation of scientific multimedia classroom management system becomes the focus of the study,which leads to the scientific management and efficient use of the multimedia classroom.This paper designs the multimedia classroom management system to fit the requirements of Shaanxi Vocational and Technical College based on its existed construction of multimedia classroom and information level,to realize the static course scheduling and dynamic maintains and management.Firstly,this paper completes the design of the overall structure and function module of multimedia classroom management system to support the requirements of the users for multimedia classroom.Secondly,it models the problem of course scheduling of multimedia classroom to be the combination optimization problem,and uses Artificial Bee Colony(ABC)algorithm to get the optimal solution of course scheduling problem.Lastly,this paper designs the use cases of online management of multimedia classroom;uses the object-oriented language and B/S architecture to implement the designed multimedia classroom management system to realize the maintains and management of multimedia classroom.On one hand,the design and implementation of multimedia classroom management system improve the utilization of the used of multimedia classroom;on the other hand,the designed system improves the efficiency of management of multimedia classroom,and reduce the occurring of personal errors.The designed multimedia classroom management system is test and deployed to realize the designed use cases for the user of the system,and satisfies the needs of using for the teachers of the institute.The designed system not only improves the efficiency in the use of multimedia classroom,but also improves the management efficiency of the multimedia classroom,and reduces the occurrence of human errors.
