Manual ticket system existsdisadvantages of inefficient and error-prone and other issues, and the cost of manual ticket system is increasing with the increase of labor costs. Therefore, the application of computer technology and network technology for electronic ticketing is a possible way to improve the efficiency and reduce errors forthe sales of tickets. The Ticket Management System for Financial Professional Technology Institute uses the new generation of information and communication technology to simplify the operation of ticket booking, and reduce human errors. The ticket management system can provide a safe, low-carbon, convenient, and fashion experience for the operation of ticketing for users. It can significantly improve the efficiency of ticket sales and reduce the management cost ofthe system.The paper designs the three subsystems in detailed based on the concept of object-oriented and structured design, which including user operations, ticketing information, prediction of seating rate for commuter car. The functions of each subsystem module is defined, and the database isachieves.The development and implementation of the proposed ticket management system is analyzed for detailed, and the general framework of ticket management system for Financial Professional Technology Institute is given. Then, the prediction algorithmof seating rate for commuter car based on the maximum correlation entropy is provided according to the usage and the number of college with a commuter car. The detailed flow of the provided algorithm is given, which can predict actual faculty of commuter car demand, improve the efficiency of commuter car, reducing commuter car running costsunder nonlinear conditions. Finally, the designed ticket management system is deployed and tested, and the conclusions and outlook of this paper is given.The ticket management system for Financial Professional Technology Institute can provide the operations of user registration, booking on line, ticket return, and rebooking for deploying and testing the designed ticket management system. The prediction of seating rate for commuter car is accurate, and it can satisfy the requirement of users for commuter car, and reduce the cost of the operation of commuter car at the same time.
