In order to detect soluble solids content(SSC)of Hanfu apple movably,rapidly and portably,the convenient?flexible and rapid system for nondestructive detection of Hanfu apple Quality was developed based on embedded system and Visible/near infrared spectrum detection technology.Humanized software system that could output the soluble solids content value of Hanfu apple to the LCD touch screen was designed with processor as controller,halogen lamp source and USB2000+ Visible/near infrared spectrometer as spectrum detector using VS2005 programming tool in the WinCE6.0 system embedded ARM11.The Hanfu apples was regarded as object of study.Different spectral pretreatment methods,including smoothing,multiplicative scatter correction(MSC)and two order differential method were performed.Selecting 1231 wavelength points in the ranged of 485.01-900.71nm to establish partial least squares(PLS)models that could detect SSC of Hanfu apple.(1)Synthesizing current situation at home and abroad.The paper researched development situation of near infrared spectroscopy technology and portable spectrum detection technology at home and abroad according to consulting relevant literature,Put forward the research content and the technical route of this project Combining with the actual production needs.(2)analysising theoretically software and hardware design foundation of nondestructive testing system.developmental portable detection system consists of three parts including hardware system,software system and sugar prediction model.The paper elaborates the development history of ARM embedded system,introduces the detection method?evaluation index of establishing a mathematical model and process of the near infrared spectrum nondestructive testing technology briefly,expounds the course of portable system WinCE.(3)designing the hardware system of portable nondestructive testing.Hardware system mainly include USB2000 + visible/near-infrared spectrometer,embedded processing control unit,halogen light source,power supply,optical fiber probe,etc.The ARM embedded processing control unit mainly complete the processing of data and human-computer interaction,the spectrometer used to acquire apple spectral reflectance information,power supply used to supply power for the ARM 11 processor,radiators and light.All above those realize the miniaturization,portable hardware equipment.(4)designing the portable nondestructive testing software system.A humanized software system is designing using the VS2005 programming tools,on ARM11 embedded WinCE6.0 system.Results are obtained by setting spectrometer parameters,gathering dark spectrum,removing the dark spectrum,store the reference spectrum,Collecting and saving the spectra data of apple sample,calculating with the brix model equation loaded in advance.Realizing the real-time display of detection results because the result is showed on the screen.(5)The results showed that the correlation coefficient(R2)is 0.9852,root mean square error of prediction(RMSEP,0.0958)is less than root mean square error of correction(RMSEC,0.1172)and deviation value is-0.0133.
