The containerless electrostatic levitation technique,is a very effective access to get the phenomenon of supercooling of the metal materials and non-metallic materials.This technique is relatively easy on the control of the supercooling of the melt phase,and meanwhile by using this technique the melting thermal physical properties can be measured in the supercooling stage,and this technique can also realize fall tube,nucleation trigger and a series of operations.The thermophysical properties measured in the containerless electrostatic levitation experiments are of great importance for material preparation and analysis.Electrostatic levitation technique through the electric field force to overcome the gravity of the sample between the two plates.Using lasers to heat the sample between the two plates,the material would very quickly melts.During the experiment,the image information,the oscillation signal information and the temperature information of the sample are collected,and the "raw material" is provided for the electrostatic suspension data processing.The function of the system of experimental data analysis and management platform for Electrostatic Levitation is mainly based on the web framework to realize the function of electrostatic levitation data processing,and calculate the typical thermophysical properties of the experimental samples.Meanwhile,"Internet +" thought for the containerless electrostatic levitationexperimental data provide a management and display platform.Web framework for the application system provides a good development framework,and The system uses J2 EE architecture as a platform,uses B / S development model,and uses multi-layer architecture and MVC model for development.The whole system uses Struts2 + Hibernate + Spring as the design framework to realize the datamanagement,data processing and platform construction of the electrostatic levitation system.In this paper,the thermophysical properties of Zr,Ti90Al10 and Ti50Al50 were calculated by using this platform.The results of volume,density,thermal expansion coefficient,surface tension,viscosity coefficient and specific heat of three samples were obtained.This way also verifies that the function and performance index of the experimental device,and shows that the experimental equipment of the electrostatic levitation has the experimental ability of material science research.
