O2O refers Online to Offline,which means combining the offline business opportunity with Internet and regards it as the foreground of transactions offline.With the rapid development of the Internet of things(IoT),we can get accurate multi-dimensional user service information by wireless sensor network technology and radio frequency identification technology then achieve good interaction between the user and the scene,from online to offline and attract the users to promote the rapid development of smart city.However,the IoT data has some features such as heterogeneity,dynamic,complex semantics and are location-related which cause the problem that we can not use traditional data storage schemes to deal with IoT data.Therefore,we aim to solve the problems in the data storage of IoT applications towards O2 O mode and have proposed an IoT data storage framework to make the most of IoT data.We take the IoT applications in O2 O mode as the backgroud,and consider the online and offline data at the same time.In this paper,we extract location information to achieve a unified collection,processing and analysis progress.With the full consideration of the characteristics of IoT data,we can get an ideal state of IoT application from data to information,knowledge and decision-making.The main research work is as follows:(1)The Multiple-Layer IoT data Storage FrameworkThe IoT data has the features of heterogeneity,dynamic,complex semantics and are location-related.We proposed a mutiple-layer IoT data storage framework which centered by the logical node that associated with the location node,usage node and the storage node.All the information in IoT applications such as spatial information,application content information and the storage information is managed by the framework.Different kinds of information are decoupled and organized well by the multiple-layer IoT data storage framework.Moreover,the framework has high flexibility in applications and semantics and can be applied in different IoT applications.(2)Queries with spatial informationsBased on the multiple-layer IoT data storage framework,we proposed the query strategy of IoT data with spatial information.Take the logical node as the index,the multiple-layer framework search the summary information and quickly find the most matching node.And different inquiry modes are supported by the multiple-layer IoT data storage framework.(3)The flexible and effient IoT data storageAs the data in IoT applications has different characteristics,NoSQL database and distributed file systems are both used to get the most effient scheme.Physical realization of the four kind of node is also given in this paper.(4)Prototype and the applying method of the Multiple-Layer IoT data Storage FrameworkA sample application had been built based on Mulitple-Layer IoT Data Storage Framework.We use MongoDB and HDFS to store IoT data and fast index table,baidu map API are also used in that application.The result shows that the multi-layer framework has high flexibility and availibility in IoT applications.In summary,we proposed a multiple-layer IoT data storage framework in this paper and described it from the aspects of concept,design,implementation and applying method.By this framework,we solve the problems of the queries with spatial data,the data storage strategy in IoT application and so on.And we get a well-structured,efficient IoT data storage system with high flexibility and availibility.
