With the rapid change and development of the Internet industry,people have a very large data network in the daily use of the network,the resulting problem is that the traditional data analysis system has been unable to effectively for such a large and diverse data types,data analysis and processing efficiency and provides services for the upper layer.It is now necessary to combine a large number of data in various departments and systems within the company to process the data into valuable information.This information can provide an effective reference for the company's decision-making and management.But in the traditional data analysis system,with the increase of the amount of data,the complexity of the format,the original data analysis system has been unable to meet the normal needs of the company.Most of the traditional data analysis are based on a single data analysis tool for the entrance,the known clues are analyzed,and then the other tool expands the analysis reasoning process business people need to have some working experience on the results of the analysis,and most need to repeat the operation,also need the help of other office software summary and combing of all analysis the results can not be real-time business analysis overview of the reduction,the rapid expansion and sharing is not conducive to work.In view of the above problems,this paper designs and implements a collaborative data analysis system:1.comprehensive analysis of the need for collaborative data analysis system for the design and implementation of the system to lay a solid foundation.2.the detailed design scheme of the system is presented,including the design of the system module and the design of the database.3.the main functions of the system are realized and tested,and the correctness of the system is verified.Using this system,a complete data analysis process is this:first,data analysis team leader to the mind map in the form of visual display his understanding and analysis task division of data,and through the sharing of mind map,will convey the division of tasks to team members;a variety of data analysis tools for each member of the team by call the system provides independent data analysis task,and then edit the mind map of sub task node sub tasks to display the results.In this process,the leader can view the mind map at any time to understand the progress of the task.At present,the system has been applied in the author's internship company,which can effectively improve the communication efficiency and efficiency of the data analysis team.
