At present,The widely applications of Fiber Channel network and Ethernet network promotes the development of the fiber channel and Ethernet equipment.During the development of Fiber Channel devices and Ethernet devices,From the initial development of the device to the time when engineers detecte and sovle the fault appearing in the application,all these processes are difficult for the development of the Fiber Channel device and the Ethernet device.Therefore,the research of Fiber Channel network and Ethernet network testing equipment is imminent.These can help FC and Ethernet device developers testing the equipment in the development process,and positioning the problem quickly.This thesis focuses on the development of FC node cards and Ethernet nodes card.It mainly studies four devices,FC fault injection cards and FC monitoring cards used in FC network,and Network fault injection card and Ethernet monitoring card applied in Ethernet network.Firstly,this thesis studies the FC protocol,the Ethernet protocol,the PCIe bus specification and DMA technology used in the design.And then the PCB of Ethernet fault injection card,monitoring card and the PCB of FC fault injection card,monitoring card are designed according to the needs of them.Then the function of Ethernet fault injection card,monitoring card and FC fault injection card,monitoring card are split up into modules and the logic functions of every modules are designed.At the end of this thesis,the hardware input of the Ethernet fault injection card,the Ethernet monitoring card,the FC fault injection card and the FC monitoring card are input and simulated.The test results are obtained by comparing and analyzing the test results to verify that the design is correct. |
