In today's society,airborne ship-borne radar technology is developing rapidly as well as wireless communications industry.Whether in communication systems or radar systems,transceivers are an important component.The performance of the transceiver will directly affect the performance of the radar and the quality of the wireless communication system.Therefore,high-performance airborne ship-borne radar transceiver has become a hot topic in the new era.For the characteristics of the airborne equipment,such as small size,light weight,low power consumption,and its need to bear a certain degree of acceleration impact in the movement.This paper designed a transceiver which works in the C-band,set the miniaturization and anti-overload as one.The program mainly includes the receiving channel,the launch channel,the micro-strip filter and the design of power supply board.And it is from all aspects to achieve its performance of miniaturization and anti-overload.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.The introduction of principle.The principle and structure of receiver and transmitter is introduced in detail,the advantages and disadvantages of various types transceivers that commonly used in wireless communication system are compared,and the basic theory of the filter is given,including the classification and its important indicators.2.The scheme of the receiving channel and the transmitting channel is given in this paper which is from the design of the scheme to the selection of the chip,and then the software is used to verify the simulation.This paper also gives the power supply planning of the front-end transceiver system.In addition,this paper described the system in the PCB design taken by the miniaturization and anti-overload measures in detail.3.The miniaturized micro-strip line filter designed in this paper is introduced in detail,and the simulation results of the two filters are given.The miniaturization measures of the multi-tortuous lines and capacitive loading are introduced in detail and the results are given by simulation.4.The physical map of the object and the filters designed by the author is given.The test charts of filters and duplexer and the whole system are also given.In addition,the test results of filter and the entire system are given The test results are analyzed,and the shortcomings of the system are summarized.The results of experiment show that the small anti-overload RF transceiver system that designed by author can better meet the requirements of indicators.Its receive channel can achieve 4850MHz~4925MHz to 1097 MHz down conversion,and its gain can reach 20 dB.Its launch channel can achieve 722 MHz to 4400MHz~4700MHz up conversion,and its transmit power can reach 20 dBm.The surface area of the system microwave plate is 75mm×59mm.The surface area of the power board is 31mm×2 7mm.The volume of overall assembly is about 88mm×67mm×22mm.The system has a certain anti-overload performance.
