Distributed CCHP system as a new way of energy supply has been booming in recent years,because it not only meets the needs of end users,but also avoids transmission loss.Furthermore,its matched data monitoring and processing system is also in a constant process iterative update.As an interaction platform for CCHP system and users,the traditional mode of data monitoring system becomes stretched in the realization of intelligent systems,differentiation and in improving energy efficiency because of its inherent limitations.Therefore,developing a versatile data monitoring and processing system which combined with security and stability characteristics of traditional data monitoring system,while maintained the requirements of data optimization processing has a great research value.In this background,this paper carries on research about the data monitoring and processing system combined with the actual CCHP Project.First,on the basis of sufficient investigation,this paper analyzed the lack of data monitoring and processing system of traditional CCHP and raised a "Five" claim:centralized,universal,real-time,remote,intelligent,combined with the needs of the project.Secondly,combined with the needs of the project,this paper proposed a system architecture,and described and analyzed the performance of each module.According to the system architecture,this paper designed and achieved the module of environmental monitoring,security monitoring,operating system monitoring and system alarm combined with the actual needs of the project and the existing equipment conditions in the experimental base.Again,according to the system architecture and the intelligent requirements of data monitoring and processing system,this paper designed and achieved a data processing subsystem.The data processing system achieved multi-platform integration,including the OPC technology-based data communication,SQL Server database technology-based data storage,and the realization of data optimum processing based on adjusting MATL-AB module.Finally,we deployed the data monitoring and processing system and tested.Deployment and testing of the system combined hybrid simulation platform which our laboratory built.In the process of testing,we constantly improved the system and built a 3D model of the test site combining 3D virtual reality technology and monitoring systems organically.Actually operational testing proved that the data monitoring and processing system which this paper designed and achieved was efficient and operable.
