As the Internet today is rapidly evolving towards the wireless Internet(IoT),there will be more wireless devices connected to the cloud in the future.The development of applications such as smart homes allows people to install automatic lighting,heating and alarm systems in their rooms,and then remotely control the switch of the lighting system by the mobile device or set the appropriate heating temperature,and the mobile device can also receive alarm system triggers When the notice.The main work of this paper is to use 0.13 um CMOS process,design a Sub-GHz wireless communication technology based on the transmitter chip for Internet of things wireless devices.Firstly,the advantages and disadvantages of 2.4GHz and Sub-GHz wireless technology in the application of Internet of Things are analyzed.Then the architecture of the mainstream transmitter is studied and analyzed,and the advantages of some architectures are compared.After considering the application,this paper adopts the direct frequency conversion transmitter architecture to complete the design.This paper studies and designs the main modules of the direct frequency conversion transmitter,including Base Band Filter,Up Converter Mixer and Power Amplifier.Under the 1.2V supply voltage conditions: the baseband filter power consumption is less than 6mA,3dB bandwidth is about 2MHz,the image rejection ratio is about 46dB;Up Converter Mixer power consumption is lower than 0.6mA,the conversion gain is about 11 dB,The noise figure is about 17 dB,the linearity IIP3 is about 2.26dBm;the power amplifier consumes less than 10 mA,the efficiency can reach 60%,the 1dB compression point is about 9dBm,the third order intermodulation point IIP3 is about 8dBm,the power gain is about For 18 dB.In the sixth chapter,the whole transmitter system is simulated.The power consumption of the whole transmitter system is less than 20 mA,and the power gain is about 32 dB and the linearity is about 8.5dBm.And then the entire system layout design,in order to meet the design requirements after the film.Finally,the chip of this direct frequency conversion transmitter chip is tested.The test results show that the transmitter can upconvert the input baseband signal and amplify the signal power to complete the transmission function.Finally,the paper summarizes the design work of the whole direct frequency transmitter and looks forward to the future design work.
