With the rapid arrival of the cloud computing era,there are a variety of devices in the existing IT environment,and its system is also very complex structure,the structure is usually by the upper application,system architecture,the underlying support composition,so a device Robustness,reliability,and timely response to problems are becoming more and more important.In the process of design and maintenance,in order to grasp the basic environment of the whole system,business application process,system availability,analysis of the data obtained on the future situation,the need to obtain the operation of each device,all this is inseparable surveillance system.Currently on the market there are more excellent open source systems,but the integrated discovery of the use of monitoring systems without the re-design of the structure and add the corresponding functions,you can not keep up with the trend of the times.The purpose of the monitoring system is to monitor whether the environment in the cluster is abnormal,but the current open source products on the market do not guarantee that it has high reliability and automation of the problems in the monitoring system itself.At the same time on the generated log is not a very good analysis,most of the monitoring data is only from the database to show up in the web page.How to design a monitoring system with high reliability,reasonable structure design and can monitor the log is the main topic of this thesis.In this thesis,Zabbix-based cloud monitoring system design and implementation as the main content,design a high reliability,combined with Splunk log analysis and processing system framework and implementation.The framework of the monitoring system combines the advantages of the three mainstream open source monitoring products(Ganglia,host-sflow,Nagios)on the market,and the advantages of the stratified model of the bionic neural system(BANS).The bionic has three forms and the top-down is: the server(the central nervous layer),the agent(the peripheral nerve layer),the client(neuron layer);the two domains include: the central nerve domain and the surrounding peripheral nerve domain.This cloud monitoring system in this hierarchical mode,respectively,in the program,architecture,database to improve the reliability of the cloud monitoring system,combined with Splunk monitoring log analysis and processing,at the same time,based on Zabbix designed to prevent falsepositives the gradient of the alarm function.According to the optimization of the mainstream monitoring system,in the choice of communication protocol,combined with the actual production environment,in the same IDC communication between the client plug-in communication protocol using UDP,different IDC room client plug-in communication protocol TCP,so as to ensure the reliability of the resources at the same time optimize the use of resources;in the database selection and processing,the use of mysql database and the use of Mysql Cluster technology,and optimize the database to address the monitoring data caused by excessive database bottlenecks and to ensure the reliability of the database.And finally realize the cloud monitoring system based on Zabbix.
