This paper based on a full digital DC speed control system of Xi'an XXX Industrial Technology Co.,Ltd,which is the independent innovation research and development.This paper designs a set of traditional double closed loop DC speed regulation system,which takes TMS320F2812 as the core controller,including hardware circuit design and software design two parts.DC motor as the core of the whole system control unit,the calculation can get accurate mathematical model structure,but the electrical parameters(for example,Tl,Tm,R)of the motor will be changed due to the operation of the aging,working environment,different load and other factors,which is difficult to design the controller.In order to solve the problem of DC motor in operation process parameter variations,this paper using a based on the recursive least squares algorithm to achieve the online identification of electrical parameters of DC motor,and adaptive control of speed controller is realized by the parameters,in the hope to improve the control quality of the DC speed regulating system.After the design of the system is completed,the hardware and software are tested,and then the whole system is realized.Experimental results show that the hardware circuit can work normally,the RLS algorithm can identify motor parameters,and can be for double loop regulation controller parameters setting,thereby improving the DC speed control system adaptive.
