With the rapid development of information technology,it is more demanding for military communication security.30-512 MHz tactical radio is the necessary communication equipment in the tactical communication system,which is the military equipment that country attaches great importance to and fan on.This paper is based on the development trend of RF circuits of international tactical radio,Studied and experimentally verified the key technology of ultrashort wave tactics radio frequency circuits with wide carrier frequency(30-512MHz)and large bandwidth(25k / 2M / 10MHz).Specific work includes:First,this paper analysis the current situation of the development of tactical radio at home and abroad,and introduce the tactical radio RF transceiver circuits and summarize their strengths and weaknesses.Combined with the development trend of RF transceiver circuits and the demand for tactical radio performance indicators.Ultimately,we determine to choice Zero-IF architecture to design the RF transceiver circuits of tactical radio system.Second,based on the analysis of the main indicators of RF circuits,the overall design and detailed design of the RF circuits are done.Including the overall structure of the transceiver circuits,the index budget of the key performance of the transceiver circuits,and the detailed design of the key module of the transceiver circuits,the frequency hopping filter,the local oscillator circuits and other auxiliary modules.Third,we build a hardware test platform to test and verify the performance of RF circuits,including filter circuits,local oscillator circuits,transmission circuits and receiving circuits.The results of the test are analyzed,and the next step planning recommendations are given.This paper designs and implements a radio frequency circuits of tactical radio with wide carrier frequency,wide bandwidth and ultrashort wave.The RF circuits frequency coverage of 30-512 MHz,bandwidth is divided into 25 k,2M and 10 MHz,the maximum transmit power is 5W,and meet the wide band,large bandwidth,ultra shortwave,multi-channel,anti-jamming,small models and other target requirements,which has important value and significance to tactical radio.
