With the continuous improvement and innovation of scientific research and achievements in various universities,the level of scientific research has become an important symbol to measure the comprehensive strength of a university.Most of existing scientific evaluation works is still depending on manual management methods,which not only inefficient,but also prone to errors and time-consuming.Therefore,it is particular important to optimize the scientific research management of colleges into an efficient,stable and safe system with uniform standards under the existing resources.Based on the research of the scientific research performance evaluation,the method and standard of Shenyang Normal University,this paper analyzes and puts forward a problem that the existing scientific research evaluation program does not apply to our university,and propose a reasonable solution to this problem.The system uses UML object-oriented technology to model,which based on the actual needs of our university research management,and conduct system development with Struts2 framework technology.Reasonable user Memcached cache technology on system operation to realize the data stored in the database and the cache,which reduce too much database connections and collapse phenomenon result by concurrent traffic visits.Based on the actual needs of the scientific research of our university,the paper analyzes the real needs of the scientific research evaluation system,briefly summarizes the functional requirements of the system,describe and implement the corresponding function modules in detail,meanwhile,carry out the corresponding system deployment,and display some system interfaces.After a long period testing and pilot run,the system solves the above problems effectively,which improve the efficiency of our scientific performance evaluation management,so that liberate research management from the heavy work of statistics and calculation.The system not only realizes the information management of scientific research performance evaluation,but also plays a guiding role in the construction of Digital Campus.
