In recent years, the development of the software industry, demand for softwarehas been supported by the original function gradually shift performance. It means thatnot only the pursuit of “have ", but more the pursuit of “good” and " fast ". Also, withthe rapid development of China Mobile business, the system must give enoughsupport in terms of performance of China Mobile business support. Facing the rapidgrowth of users and the business volume of China Mobile, the Mobile CRM(Customer Relationship Management) system gradually exposed due to performanceproblems. Especially in the early and late in the month, system access volumeincreased, leading to the system performance drop rapidly. Therefore, the analysis andoptimization on the performance of the China Mobile CRM system to improve thebusiness operation support ability will have very important significance.This paper introduces several common cache technologies at home and abroadand their advantages and disadvantages and then introduces the Memcached lay thefoundation for later transformation. Then the performance status of China MobileCRM analysis, pointed out the bottleneck point, and a detailed description of how touse the Memcached to solve the bottleneck point, in order to improving performancesupport system. Mainly including design cache structure data loading strategy, API(Application Programming Interface) encapsulation, support for large data objects andthe use of specific transformation, transformation of Memcached to China MobileCRM system. Finally, through the performance test comparison before and after thetransformation of the system, in order to reflect the effectiveness of Memcached for improving the performance of China Moblie CRM. In conclusion, Memcached has avery important practical significance and scientific significance on solving largesystem’s performance problem.
