In recent years, with the rapid development of information technology, many important innovations emerge in the field of the Internet and cloud service scheme has become the mainstream mode in information technology. Now in the process of the reform of university education system, as an important aspect of the reform, informatization construction is playing an increasingly important role in the education and teaching work. Graduation design(thesis) is one of the most important parts of realizing personnel training. In order to improve universities’ degree of attention to the graduation thesis, it is necessary to build a unified platform of the thesis extract and assessment,which can improve the levels of scientific, standardization, digitization of the graduation thesis management and further improve the quality of graduation thesis,so as to comprehensively enhance the level of undergraduate teaching work. This paper mainly completed the following work:First of all, through the investigation and study of current status of thesis extract and assessment system, this paper proposes the establishment of thesis extract and assessment platform based on the cloud scheme and designs three layer architecture with "business application service layer, basic function service layer, core data service layer ",combined with the architecture of cloud scheme. The platform provides thesis extract and assessment service based on the cloud scheme through the SaaS platform business in business application service layer.Secondly, through the research of key technology of cloud scheme involved, in view of thesis extract and assessment platform, in the respect of access control, this paper designs and implements access control model based on the RBAC. In the respect of data access, in order to improve the response speed and reduce the access pressure of the core data, this paper designs and implements the Memcached cache service. In the respect of file storage, in order to deal with the upload and download of large files, assurance high reliability and high scalability of the file storage, distributed file storage system based on TFS is designed and implemented.Finally, this paper designs and implements the platform and simulates the actual application environment of thesis extract and assessment platform for the functional and performance testing. The analysis of the test results show that the design and implementation of the platform can meet the functional requirements of the sampling and evaluation work, and can meet the performance requirements in the actual application process of multi users.
