Design And Implementation Of The Mobile Phone APP For Opening Phone Card Fast

With the rapid development of information technology,channels to contact information is becoming more and more,the variety of telecommunications fraud has become multifarious.Some criminals use non real name phone cards for dissemination of pornographic information to implement the communication information fraud and terrorist activities and other criminal activities.This violates the legitimate rights and interests of the people,disturb the normal order of society,endanger national security and social stability.To prevent and combat criminals by using non real name phone cards for illegal and criminal activities,protect the legitimate rights of the people,safeguard national security and social stability,according the public document,China Telecom Tianjin Branch is ready to develop a mobile phone APP of opening phone card and it could achieve that customer information input is real.Mobile APP achieved two method for real name control: One is taking a photograph and the interface of GuoZhengTong,the other one is ID card identification instrument.Through both two methods,it could make sure that the information input is real name,and the opening phone card function which the APP implements is fast and convenient,it satisfies the business requirements.Firstly this paper determines the mobile phone APP's role,and analyzes the functional and non-functional requirements;then designs the tool architecture from multi dimensions,such as workflow,module structure,development environment and design of business models;after that the class structure,data structure,the algorithm of the tool are given,and testing is performed;at last the work in this paper is concluded,and the tool's outlook of next version is presented.
