Recent years,with the rapid development of logistics industry in Tianjin port,it has become the largest artificial deep-water port in northern China,which has been greatly prompting the widely application of electronic scale.The load cell,as the core component of the weighing system,has a profound effect on the function of the electronic scale.So studies of the load cell can help improve the accuracy and extend the life of the scale.Based on this viewpoint,this paper has studied the hysteresis error of the di-sheared beam weighing sensor.This paper has stated the weighing sensors’ types,features and selection methods,combing the study focuses,development trends,classification methods and application fields of the variable sensors in the electronic weighing system at home and abroad.In summing up years of weighing sensor design and production experience,this paper detailedly analyses the main factors which affect the weighing sensors’ performance,including upload and load bearing of boundary conditions,torque and transverse load sensitivity,elastic element strain degree,etc.Reliability is triggered by weighing sensor faults,this paper discusses the way to reduce failure and improve reliability.Fault types of the weighing sensor,are introduced in the zero output instability,zero temperature over floating,and a bridge circuit faults and some other problems in weighing sensors’ experiments and daily application.These problems have been systematically analyzed.And it analyses the measures of improving the reliability of weighing sensor and the management control method and relevant way of reducing the fault.This paper analyses the characteristics of shear beam load cell,working principle,design calculation and the performance of the resistance strain type weighing transducer.Comparative analysis has been executed,such as the bolt’s tightening torque between double-sheared beam sensor elastic element and the base,the coefficient of friction of the contact surface,base slot width and elastic body heat treatment hardness factor of sensor lag effect,etc.And based on the experiments,these analyses have certain practical value.
