The paper introduces the method to optimize the elastic element structure of sensor and how to make the elastic element structure optimization come true by using the ANSYS soft. Author takes the structure optimization of one electrical resistance strain gauge extensometer as an example. And establishes the mechanics model, optimization parameter model, optimization mathematics model for the elastic element of the electrical resistance strain gauge extensometer, at the same time, discusses the design space, programs analysis file and optimization control file by using the ANSYS parameter design language. The optimum is obtained after computing and the optimization result indicates that the method is efficient to optimize the elastic element structure. So it could be applied extensively in the engineering of the sensor element optimization design. The output-input relation of optimum and the relation between design variable and object function are simulated by using ANSYS. |
