Design And Implementation Of The Construction Of Information System Of Overseas Students' Cost Of Pre Business Subsidies

For a long time,the subsidy for entrepreneurship in the earlier stage of overseas students in Shenzhen is always an important factor to attract and encourage overseas students to have an innovative entrepreneurship.But due to the requirements of the use of treasury funds,subsidy application procedures are complicated with many links,and the declaration and approval requires submitting paper materials step by step in the whole process.It often causes much inconvenience for personnel studying abroad to submit the paper materials,and consumes a lot of time and energy for approval officers to deal with a huge number of paper materials.So it is necessary to develop a set of management software to achieve paperless declaration and approval,which will improve work efficiency and quality.Since 2014,the work has been included in the construction of e-government.Based on the declaration and approval process of the entrepreneurship subsidies of the overseas study personnel,this paper designs and implements the declaration and approval system of the subsidy.First of all,the system uses the B/S structure technology,and the client does not need to maintain,and what system upgrades need to be done is at the server side,so the maintenance is simple and convenient.Secondly,the system has greatly improved the friendly interactivity of the system by using JS component and AJAX technology.Then,the system uses the user name / password,functional rights management,data access management,operation log management and other security controls,and supports the CA certificate system and other security managements,to further improve the security of the system.Finally,the defect management tool used in the system tests is TestDirector8.0 of HP Mercury Company,which could be better to improve the efficiency of testing and reduce the testing cost.Through the design and implementation of the system,it greatly reduced the staff costs and improved the efficiency of the work.The system has passed the function and performance tests,reached the requirements of design application,successfully accepted and completed the whole approval process of 2015 subsidy for entrepreneurship in the earlier stage of overseas students in Shenzhen,and moreover it wins a good reputation for user evaluation.
