The Development Of Control Software Of Flow Standard Facility Based On Qt

The research and application of flow standard facility is very important in the development of flow measurement and test technology.Flow standard facility ought to have impressive ability to calibrate flow meters.On the other hand,the requirements for its efficiency,automation,friendliness and operability are becoming exigent.This research completed following researches based on the water flow standard facility of Tianjin University Flow Laboratory.Firstly,flow standard facility contains multiple electric components,which constitute the control part of the facility.This research completed and improved the electric design of switch valve,regulating valve,magnetic flow meter,step motor and its driver.Secondly,flow standard facility didn't use slave computer rather use Advantech DAQ device to accomplish controlling.This research analyzed the features and usage of the driver DAQNavi,the advantage over the old version of driver Adsapi32.The next step was comparing several mainstream GUI frameworks with each other,finally Qt was chosen to develop the control software.Thirdly,friendliness and aesthetics were taken into account of the development of software.This research adopted the methodology of mixed QML and C++ programming: designing the main interface with Qt Quick,beatifying children interface with Qt Style Sheet,accomplishing logic with C++,which improved the interface effect.Fourthly,the research realized facility's functions.The program invoked API to communicate with Advantech cards,controlling every electric components,connecting PC with electric scale and frequency converter.The calibrating process was completed and data collected and processed was saved in MySQL.Fifthly,exploring way to control step motor and flow diverter by Siemens PLC.It is to develop upper computer program with Qt and communicate with Siemens PLC.By doing so,the foundation of using PLC control flow standard facility was laid preliminarily.
