In such an era of information,electronic components play an important role today.Among the electronic components,the film capacitor has the advantages of high-frequency characteristic,high pressure resistance,energy saving and environmentally friendly.And the film capacitor are widely used in new industries such as intelligent lighting industries,new energy vehicles industries and other new industries.With the development of these industries,the market demand for thin film capacitor is growing.China is a big country of film capacitor production,but can only occupy the low-end market which reflect a great gap with the world's top manufacturing level.Since the 21 st century,"Industrial 4.0","Industrial Internet" and other concepts of IoT technology has been introduced.However,many China's film capacitor manufacturers still manage manufacturing by artificial management with low efficiency and high management cost.Film capacitor digitized production and information management proposed in this paper is an industrial production monitoring and management system which integrates the industrialization and informatization and based on Io T and information technology.The system consists of data acquisition terminal,data repeater,server,database,monitoring client and cloud server.The system realizes the data acquisition of the two main processes of film capacitor production.The hardware of the system is mainly composed of data acquisition terminals and data repeaters.Both of them use STM32F103 microcontroller as core,with the ?C/OS-? operating system as their software development platform.The acquisition terminals each have a LED screen,focusing on data acquisition and human-computer interaction.Meanwhile,the repeaters are mainly responsible for round-robin terminal operating status and data transmission to the data server through WiFi.The terminals and repeaters communicate with each other with CAN bus for its good addressing ability and anti-interference ability.The application software layer is composed of the server,the managing client and the database.The system uses TCP Socket to communicate through the network.The programs of the server and the client are written by C#,based on Framework.NET 4.The database is built by SQL Server.Monitoring and management of the client to achieve the large screen scroll monitoring,online production tasking,report printing and other functions.After the debugging of the laboratory and the workshop,the complete function test of the system is finished.The test results show that the system has achieved the expected function.The system can monitor the real-time data,but also can sent the production instruction information to the terminal.In addition,the communication ability of the data under the actual working environment has been tested in this paper,which verifies the data server's real-time data processing ability.This information management system has a good reference for the information management upgrade of electronic manufacturing enterprises.
