| The metallurgical process of Iron and steel enterprise is a mixed discrete and continuous production process.It has a great many production lines and processes,and it has complex equipment.It is almost impossible to be managed and controlled entirely by artificial way.Therefore,implementation of MES in iron and steel enterprises is particularly important.With the flat of operation and management,MES is becoming the effective integration for enterprise realizing production and operation activities,and it is becoming the bridge and the link for enterprise optimizing the operation,control and management.MES is one of the important technologies to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.This is a subsystem of MES system for ultra-thin line of cold rolling mill.Based on the real time collection and processing the performance information in the production line,as well as dynamic tracking and managing the material,this system maintains physical and information synchronization.Thus this system can reduce inventory effectively,improve turnover,and ensure logistics smooth.DB2 is applied as DBMS and front-end devvelopment tool is Visual Studio 2005(C#).Business process software in background is developed by C language.The above is integrated effectively through the Tuxedo middleware.After system analysis,system design,system implementation,system testing and etc.and all stages of work,this system mainly achieve seven features,which are incoming confirmation.material management,material changes,production performance management,fallback perfornmance management,stop per-formance management and defect performance management.This thesis describes the process of design and implementation of the material tracking and performance management subsystem of cold rolling MES system in ultra-thin line of the Benxi Iron and Steel cold rolling mill.Firstly,this thesis introduces the resear-ch background,purpose and significance of the system,analyzes the related works all over the world,and briefly introduces the related theories involved in the system and the related application technologies.Secondly,based on the analysis,design,implementation,testing and other project phases,this thesis states the system implementation process,including the establishment of the system logic models,the design of system feature modules,the development and testing of front-end applications and background business logic,the design and establishment of database and the development and implementation of communication interface with external systems.Finally,this thesis summarizes the full content and discusses the future improvement of the system. |
