The automation control system for tensile force is a time param- eter varying system, the fast-timed control is essential. The predicti- ve control is a computer-timed control algorithm, which developed from industry field. It is right and suitable to adopt the algorithm for the tensile force control of cold continuous rolling machine.Based on the traditional predictive control, it have provided a new predictive and intelligence control solution:to mix predictive control,adaptive control and artificial intelligence technology. It has build the predictive model of the controlled object by the neural net- work technology of artificial intelligence theory out of the working process and has adopted a new adaptive control algorithm in the roll-ing optimization aspect. It doesn't need importing the augmented err- or signal, which has bring a very complex algorithm in the MRACS design, simply only to use the input and output data to deduce. The new kind of method is not only facilitated, but also practical and easy to come to reality. At the same time, the Diophantine Matrix equationis closed, which has strengthen the velocity of control, so the rapid system's control is got; In addition, because the synthesis solution with artificial intelligence technology and adaptive control technolo- gy together is adopted, the whole loop system's ability of learning and adaptation is strong and the system's intelligence level is impro- ved, so the robustness ability is got.Chapter four and five is our keystone of the paper. Several diff- erent algorithms are deduced together. Based on the neural network predictive model,the new important algorithm proves its truth in the simulation and deduction. This solution is from the aspect of theengineering application field. It has much more value in theory and application.
