It's burning with blast furnace gas to produce high temperature and high pressure steam that the boiler typed G-130/5.3-Q of Shougang Qian'an Iron and Steel Co.,and to drive turbo-generator set in the first place.The steam temperature fluctuated more after supplying steam for the RH steel furnace,had affect the turbo-generator set and the RH steel furnace.Research the reason of fluctuation,and improve to decrease it.There is an urgent need to improve the quality of steam temperature,and there are very important significance.It's affect by burning,load,desupeRHeating adjustment,etc.that the steam temperature of the boiler,it has some features such as Changing fast,be disturbed easy,needing high quality,etc.To analysis with any things about fluctuation of steam temperature of boiler by the six sigma method.The result shows there are more affects on control system with steam temperature of the boiler.To further study and break up the data curve of steam temperature and more related process parameters into segments,can finding that mutational volume quantities of steam consumed by the RH steel furnace is the cause of steam temperature fluctuation.It shows a separate PID structure by examine the program design to control steam temperature,This structure In terms of anti-interference ability is poor,the output signal of control system will be unstable when appear a bigger interference signal.Finding the important reasons affecting the steam temperature fluctuation.And then find it caused steam temperature fluctuation that the mutational volume quantities of steam consumed by the RH steel furnace.Remoulding the program design to control steam temperature previous on the principle of anti-interference in PID control schema,augment feedforward control,and adopt cascade PID control method,in order to improve Anti-interference ability on steam temperature control system and designing optimal control strategy.Performance of steam temperature control system is improved obviously after remoulding.The fluctuation range of steam temperature deviates from setting fromħ20? toħ5?.Feedforward control be augmented later Play a significant role in:When the quantities of steam consumed by the RH steel furnace appearing mutational volume(from 8t/h to 32t/h),steam temperature can be controlled withinħ5 ? around the set point.Finally,we reach the goal that remoulding the steam Temperature control system of boiler.
