Municipal engineering is the foundation of economical construction.They are the basic conditions for urban residents to survive and carry out their economic and cultural lives,including the hardware municipal engineering,such as highways,subways,pipelines,electricity net,network,as well as software projects,represented by the current massive information management systems.The traditional municipal project management uses drawing materials and human labor.Because the project needs different range of materials,high speed processing,it will make the tasks so complicated.From the project approval to midterm acceptance and the final request and maintenance,the papers will occupy lots of space and the real problems in current municipal construction will also be hidden.Through the use of information management systems can provide the administrators accurate status of projects to plan,design and manage.They can have a more direct and effective method by using this tool.Additionally,the application of GIS technology can attain more efficient query and the distribution layout of all the municipal projects in its responsible district.In this paper,in reference to the a large number of documents,based on J2EE development platform and choosing the famous Oracle 11g version as the database,JAVA as the programming language,I designed and implemented a multi-function municipal engineering projects management system,which can process the projects from their initial setting up to implementation,and the afterwards daily request and maintenance,etc.Meanwhile,I used SuperMap GIS components to complete a secondary development,which integrates the popular Web technology and geography information system technology to achieve the result that the general data can be collected,the network platform can be shared and the data can be updated dynamically.Combining the functions into one junction system,this development provides knowledge service about what’s the current situation.With this system,including the functions projects application,approval,investment,bidding,implementation,acceptance,administrators then get convenient access to every procedure,and more quick and efficient decisions and strategies. |
