With the continuous progress of IT,domestic banks have begun to change its own operation mode from fund-oriented to customer-oriented.Among these factors,customer resources have been valued as the important profit factor by the banks.And it is an urgent issue for the banks to discover the valuable information from the huge amount of customer information and provide the scientific managing decision.Data mining(DM)technology can use modern information technology and other means,to analyze customer data,so as to provide products or services to customers,in order to realize the mutual benefits between the banks and customers.In this paper,the combination of theory and practice research methods,on the basis of a large amount of investigation,analyzes the current situation of bank,illustrate the use of data mining technology to solve the importance of customer management.The a bank customer information data as the research object,select the clustering technology of data mining in the k-means algorithm and hierarchical clustering algorithm,customer analysis and product sales,and analyze the theme mining,Finally,the corresponding marketing strategy is put forward,which can provide reference for the bank's decision,and finally realize the goal of improving customer value,enhancing customer satisfaction,improving the competitiveness of enterprises.
