With the growing popularity of the magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)technology,the development of MRI techniques has also made remarkable achievements.In the meantime,higher and higher demands have been proposed about the quality and imaging speed of medical image that is got from MRI.The pulse sequence is an important part of the magnetic resonance imaging(MRI).It is directly related to the resolution of medical image obtained by MRI.and other important parameters such as the imaging speed.Therefore,to develop more efficient pulse sequence is particularly important.The visualization of the MRI pulse sequence is proposed and puts forward the concept of custom identifier which can divide the complete pulse sequence into a sequence of events.MRI pulse sequence visualization system is developed,implementing the graphical design of pulse sequence to replace the current mode of directly using text programming language to design it.Finally the system will let the graphical design of pulse sequence be converted into text programming language which can be recognized by MRI equipment,simplifying the development process of new pulse sequence.Using the concept of a sequence of events and custom identifiers,we establish a middle interface between design environment of graphical MRI pulse sequence and text format programming environment recognized by magnetic resonance equipment,which achieves the open-sourced design of the pulse sequence as well as the independent hardware and software.MRI pulse sequence visualization system set four functional modules:the user management,pulse sequence design,database operation and interface display.Firstly,introduces the significance of pulse sequence design,the development and some basic concepts of MRI techniques.And then through the analysis on the demand and feasibility of the system,it briefly illustrates the developmental conditions of the system.In the part of the system design,the overall design of it is divided into several modules.Then,each functional module design of the system and implementation process is introduced,followed by the basic testing system along with the analysis on the performance of the system through the test results.Finally,we make a summary from the results of the system,and put forward several problems existing in part of the system that can be improved in the future.
