Firstly, on the status of agricultural information in the data collection, product traceability, production monitoring, accurate image processing operations and detailed analysis, obtained the key nodes for the presence of current agricultural information "digital divide", "information island" problem that the transmission medium by limit; then the photonic crystal fiber transmission of information in the agricultural advantages of elaborate leads topic-photonic crystal fiber; PGB-PCF refers by SiO2 as the main material of quartz and the air gap periodically hexagon distribution; having a wavelength of trace level of new optical materials. The article focuses on the use of three-dimensional FDTD algorithm to decompose; using MATLAB software simulation science; to give an air gap, as well as the angular frequency of the incident electromagnetic excitation source relationship; this will further study the photonic crystal fiber of electromagnetic field distribution and other issues to provide some practical reference.
