Communication Network Study Of Floating People

With the urbanization and industrialization process, a large number of rural population has flowed into the cities,which has become a wave of massive emigration, and it is concerned by all parties. In the flowing process, the communication networks is an important perspective to investigate social interaction problems. Interpersonal communication network and organizational communication network are two parts of communication networks,which play a key role for rural people to survive in the cities.This paper takes people from yongfu town, fujian province who flow to magang village,guangzhou city as a case.Using the theory of relational communication,to investigate the interact relation between interpersonal communication and relational network of rural people who flow to cities. Analysis the flowing and rooting process, how interpersonal communication behavior transplant and expand and reconstruct the rural networks,on the contrary, analysis how rural networks and new relational networks counteract the interpersonal communication and its elements.Thus explain characteristics of interpersonal communication of rural people in the dynamic process. In terms of organizational communication, combining chamber of commerce of guangdong fujian, zhangping, inspect that characteristics of organizational communication within and without after organization of rural people,which reflects the cohesion, differentiation, and to break through the organization system,and to explore the influence of organization system function on the survival strategy choice of the floating population.
