Floating Population Management System For Public Security Based On Mobile Communication Data Processing

Floating population management is the basic work for Public Security. Theefficient management of the floating population could help public security organs tooaccurately grasp the situation, and improve the controlling and combating the crime.Floating population crime has become a prominent social order problem.There arestill many loopholes existing in magement of the floating population, At present,massive data processing capabilities of public security organs are still low, thereforeimproving the public security departments' capabilities of processing public securitymanagement of massive mobile communications data has a very importantsignificance. Based on the powerful processing capability of the relational databasefor massive data, in this thesis we explore the application of mobile datacommunications to the public security management of the floating population.From the actual work needs, the system takes full advantage of mobilecommunication information such as the mobile phone roaming and location changes,to tackle difficulty of dynamic management and population liquidity. The the mobiledata is stored and filtered. Targeted analytical work is conducted according to theactual work needs. In the design process of the system we take into considerton ofsafety, practicality, stability and scalability. Then we present the system designespecially the module on data collection, Storage and query analysis. Based on thesystem design we implement the system with VB and Sql Server. The system isrunning successfully and it is helping to achieve real-time grasping of the floatingpopulation who owns a mobile phone, and to master the latest information of mainfloating population. The system provides new and effective means in strengtheningthe security management and help to solve the management of the floating populationin the work of many blind spots, but also greatly enhance the capabilities of publicsecurity organs in fighting against crime, maintaining the stability of society.
