The modern industrial age with the into a new era of science and technology,the rapid development of the industrial association with the improvement of measurement technology,with the rapid increase,industry is measured in a lot of can't through the existing measurement technology and instruments of accurately measuring the quantity directly,so you need to seek new ways of measuring soft measurement technology arises at the historic moment of it can not only improve the measurement accuracy,but also effective in reducing the industrial cost.Once so soft measurement technique is put forward to get great attention and recognition,rapidly expand the two-way learning and development of theory and application.With the rapid development of economy,the human demand for energy is also increasing,of all the primary energy sources in coal occupy the considerable energy consumption ratio,according to forecast of related professional personnel,the one-off energy consumption of coal will be in human social development stage last a long time.Flue gas oxygen content as coal in power plants is an important parameter in evaluating indicators,then use the traditional sensor to measure will undoubtedly produce greater measurement error and waste of money.So this paper put forward the application of soft measurement modeling method for flue gas oxygen content prediction,through the mechanism analysis,the correlation coefficient analysis method to determine such as auxiliary variables,using moving average filtering and data normalization processing for data preprocessing,choose to broaden the membership condition of FCM algorithm to calculate the sample membership value,and then choose the appropriate kernel functions and penalty factor,finally carries on the soft measurement model,training,testing,and validation.Finally,simulation experiment,comparison of the predicted values and the real value of flue gas oxygen content figure,and the error,compared with other methods fully verify the effectiveness of the proposed method,the accuracy and feasibility.
