The Soft Sensor Based On Predictive Control Algorithm

Soft sensor technology means that for the dominant variables which are not easily measured directly , instead for measuring a certain auxiliary variables that have mathematical relationship with the dominant variables, by measured auxiliary variables variables to calculated dominant variables values. Also known as software instrument technology.Generalized predictive control theory is a new control algorithm, with model prediction, rolling optimization and feedback correction of three distinct features. By in-depth study of soft measurement theory and the theory of generalized predictive control .based on the advantages that generalized prediction algorithm in deal with the delay and the issue of outside interference, combined with the soft measurement theory, creat a propose based on generalized predictive control algorithm for soft measurement method.In this paper,use an industrial boiler combustion system as a model, measured the oxyger content by soft sensor, built an boiler control system based on generalized predictive control algorithm. It is different from the general soft sensing method,not only can measure the oxygen content, but also control it at the same time.The simulation study shows that the soft sensor measurement method can be effectively carried out on the oxygen content online, Is an effective solution to a common measurement of oxygen content with interference, delay and other issues, the effect is very good...
