Design And Implementation Of Local Tax Invoice System

The local tax network invoice system is a kind of local tax control management platform,which has many functions,such as system management,digital bill management of local tax,customer management and digital bill information monitoring management of local tax and so on.Using digital local tax invoice can improve the convenience of the users claiming the invoice and the use of invoices,and can also strengthen the effective management of the tax invoice for the local taxation authority.According to the process management method of software project,starting from the demand analysis,the paper describes the overall business logic that includes enterprise digital signature(seal)issued qualification,local tax digital bill purchasing,local tax digital bill issued and so on,designing and achieving the system on the basis of the needs analysis.Finally,it conducts a comprehensive test on the performance of the system with the three important functions that are enterprise digital signature(seal)issued qualification,local tax digital bill purchasing and local tax digital bill issued as an example.This paper firstly describes the project background of network invoices system developing,analyzes the related tax receipt,network invoice and the related research of system development in domestic and foreign,which provides a theoretical basis for the development of the system.Secondly,describing the related technologies used in the development of the system provides technical support for the development of the system.The paper proposes the demand analysis oriented to the internet characteristic and determines that the function of the system includes ticket application,invoicing qualification application,checking invoice application,system management,checking the authenticity of the invoice,the invoice tools online,qualification approval,information dissemination and query statistics.The network invoice system is designed according to the development and design principles of software engineering,which includes system architecture design,software architecture design and IPO design.In order to ensure the safety of the system,it improves the MD5 algorithm to anti attack by digital signature,respectively improving the message preprocessing and the step function and completing the design of all the function modules of the system and the database design.The local tax network invoice system consists of three parts that are the external network system,the internal network system and the internal and external network data exchange system.The external network system directly facing the end-user provides an electronic platform for taxation online for enterprises using the local tax network invoice system by the way of WEB based on J2EE,relying on the external portal.The comparison of results of before and after the improvement of the algorithm through the realization and test of the system verifies the feasibility and advancement of the system.Internal network system facing with the internal staff of the system,communicating with the end-user through the desktop platform,in order to ensure system security,the internal and external network are isolated by the firewall and network gatekeeper and the end-user logins system to operate business through the admissible server and the data stored in the database of the firewall Within exchanging the data through the network gatekeeper and the collection and management system of the internal network.The test shows that the system satisfies the requirement of the function and performance.
