A Kind Of Repair Method Of AOI False Points In PCB Production

In recent years,AOI(automatic optical inspection)technology develops rapidly with each passing day along with the development of new industries,such as semiconductor,LCD,PCB and telecom and so on.This technology has been widely used into electronics,industrial robots,the parts manufacture of automobile industry,printing,steel,textile etc.In the beginning,this presented the working principle of AOI system,introduced hardware architecture and software process,discussed its the development and application at home and abroad,and its future trend.Next,I analyzed the false defect of the image caused by etching process in detail,and then found the immediate cause of the image false defect.I optimized the module of the digital image processing of AOI based on the above discussion,and updated the identification of false shortcomings repair program to reduce the negative effects for the PCB manufacture owe to the false defect during AOI process.
