| In recent years, with the development of national economy and social informationization, coupled with the launch of E-government, the government portal website construction of each city is accelerating. Government portal website can release government information, provide service online and exchange communication with the people. Also,the government portal website safeguard the public's right to know and supervise the government, prompting the people's government administration according to law, improving the level of social management, which has great significance for the government to strengthen its own construction. Therefore, I think that Wafangdian People's Political Consultative Conference is in urgent need of opening a platform online which can communicate e-government. So on the basis of other city government portal website, considering the characteristics of Wafangdian City itself, such as natural geography, political and economic and so on, we open Wafangdian People's Political Consultative conference website with local characteristics. This website provides a good network communication platform for the Wafangdian CPPCC members and the people, strengthen the exchanges among Wafangdian CPPCC and CPPCC members and the people.The opening of the CPPCC portal website, is conducive to the realization of the development of CPPCC affairs open and informationization, to the communication between the committee and the CPPCC sectors, to the improvement of the communication between the National Partys and the CPPCC, to the achievement of the "one-stop" service and communication. Governments at all levels attach great importance to promoting the construction of portal websites.In this paper, it first introduces the background and trend of development of the current government portal websites, then introduces the Wafangdian CPPCC website with its local characteristics. In the end it analyzes the needs and goals of Wafangdian CPPCC website, introduces the related technologies and platforms. |
