Design And Implementation Of Portal Website For YuLin Local Taxation Bureau

With the rapid development of information technology and E-governmentprojects in China, the portal website of government is the position for a government topublish information, its construction has become a extremely important link ine-government projects. The traditional government portal building was lack of unifiedplanning, which led to the result that information could not be shared efficiently, asolution of government portal group construction is proposed. Using contentmanagement system for information integration, Using portal technology for displayintegration, which plays a great significance in the close relationship between the taxauthorities and the masses, simplifing administrative procedures, improving officeefficiency and displaying the overall image of the tax authorities, building a betterservice system from meeting the requirement of the masses.In this thesis, the background and research progress status of government webportal is introduced firstly. And the relevant technology and theory of J2EE andSSH+ExtJS is discussed. Then analyzed system requirements including functional andnon-functional requirements analysis. On this basis, the Struts Framework, SpringFramework, Hibernate Framework and ExtJS Framework technology applied inbuilding the application and development architecture of Web Portal, Contentmanagement system was given the design and implementation. Finally, this paperdeployed the application and test environment of portal website system for YuLinLocal taxation bureau. It was proved that the system met requirements of bothfunctions and performances.
