Guangdong Vocational College of Post and Telecom is a higher vocational college, in recent years, the country vigorously develops the new higher vocational education, Guangdong Vocational College of Post and Telecom actively respond to national policies, the implementation of the "2+1" teaching, student management work more difficult.In order to improve the level of student management, student management concept innovation,Guangdong Vocational College of Post and Telecom implements the student work management system of credit, and the development of management information system,enhance student management work efficiency, provide credit online inquiry and reporting for the students, enhance the application level of wisdom campus construction.Based on the information needs of student management work of Guangdong Vocational College of Post and Telecom, combined with the situation of information construction and planning, research information at home and abroad the work of college students, analysis of related research status and development trend, determine the research methods and techniques of system development, the use of software engineering design and analysis, object oriented design method, to complete the system design, development and deployment.In the demand analysis, the use of object-oriented technology, the student management business process analysis, drawing the 10 flow chart, extracted 10 user roles, analyzes the functional requirements of each user role, while the non functional requirements are described.According to the results of the analysis, to determine the implementation of the technologyselection system, using Java language, J2 EE, Hibernate, Spring, DWR framework, SQL Server database, Tomcat as the Web container, Nginx as load balancing, deployment system running environment.In the design, we use UML modeling technology, drawing 7 UML according to the use case diagram, use case diagram, abstraction and modeling of the business, completed the analysis of the relationship between entity types, according to the analysis of the relationship between the entity class, completed the design of the database, a total of 17 data tables; design of system function module that includes three modules, login, student services, teachers function; student service includes three sub modules, credit reporting, credit inquiries, leave for leave; the teacher function includes five sub modules, credit management, leave management, user management, query statistics, basic data management; credit management module includes four sub modules the dormitory, discipline, attendance, comprehensive quality and occupation accomplishment.In the realization of the system testing and deployment work, use the My Eclips tool to build the development environment, implementation framework introduced, write code to complete the development work; black box testing on the system to verify the system's function and process, to complete the repair work of BUG, on the campus network design,deployment of network structure, Tomcat the application of Nginx service program is installed in the Cent OS system, realize the resource using elastic mode using Nginx services,complete the work deployment system, delivered to the students.After the on-line operation of the system, it can achieve very good results. To improve students' work efficiency, at the end of the semester credits of statistical work, from the initial3 days reduced to 1 hours, the college leadership from the system can directly view the statistical analysis of the data, the user experience has been greatly improved. Improve the daily inspection data analysis and prediction ability, analysis of students' daily behavior through the data query in the system, can be analyzed according to the individual, class,Department data, to determine the next step of the work, to achieve the precise management of student work.
