Since entering the 21 st century, the Internet technology has the further development, people for the application of the multimedia technology also has the long-term development. Online learning as a new way of teaching has gradually appeared in front of people, and various popular places in the world. Compared with the traditional teaching way in the past, online learning in a large extent makes people from all walks of can fast, efficient and convenient to receive knowledge, as its diversified transfer technology and information application, making it not only works well with the traditional way of teaching standards, but also in a great extent fit some emerging corporate training.I summed up in a number of online learning management system situation shows that current systems generally have lack of information recommendation and online Q& A, test functions, there is the system itself, the ability to support a serious shortage and disadvantage, face has been on the problems this paper developed an online learning management system, the main research contents are as follows shown:The design principle of the system mentioned in this paper is easy to maintain, the ultimate goal of the design is to design a joint online learning using the current management platform. Based on ASP and Active X component technology and J2 EE software development methods, research, summarized and compared the current most online learning management platform design and use, eventually found J2 EE software development technology is relatively can meet the system for online learning management platform for large-scale, security and distributed requirements, compared to the other two component technology advantage is obvious. In the current online learning platform management, general user scale is relatively large, and for the safetyperformance of the operating system and also use the concurrency requirements is relatively high, so in system development by using the development language for Java,and uses the struts of the build system frame. Because in online learning management platform in use process need to periodically update and upgrade of the system, and also is convenient for users to operate, so online learning management platform was developed using the SOA(Service Oriented Architecture) to design. And the use of SOA to develop and to on to make up for the current online learning platform management education model the problem of insufficient, makes the users of the system can be more convenient to use the platform of various teaching resources and teaching video resources, system on this basis also provides an online message function, makes the platform user or opportunities among managers to better communicate and provide the user questions, ensure students can be the teacher saw, the teacher can also needle for different students, and puts forward some ideas and solutions. In general, the learning platform is to meet the needs of various based, all users not only to meet the functional requirements, but also can interact within the system interface between all of the roles, with good convenience, advanced and operation, and has good application value and guiding significance.This paper introduces a new generation of online learning management system,and the specific design and implementation is built in most online learning on the basis of the functional requirements of the system, to meet the most basic needs, also reflects the focus of system interactive function and courseware batch upload and other functions, is greatly convenient for online teaching of the specific work. The design and application of online learning system in the development of the Internet is revealed.
