With the rapid development of economy and technology,medical industry of our country has stepped into the data and information time.Many big hospitals has already used medical facilities like endoscope,microscope and so on,for helping surgical doctors to finish every kind of surgery more accurately and rapidly.But due to the wrong storage of precious operative surgical video,every time physician can hardly summarize,analysis and share the experience during the operative course.This is not even profitable for doctors to finish the task of operative instructing and practicing students to learn well.So it is important for us to know how to store the video of the operative course.Now the challenges of how to establish a management system of operative surgical video and apply it into the real condition of hospital operating room are as follows:Firstly,the specificity of operative surgical video and high speed of video data process require the system to store the video by video-compressed coding.Moreover,the long operative course require the system to transcribe the important piece of video in real time.In the basement of demand analysis of system users,we design and realize the management system of operative surgical video.This system realizes the function of transcribing,playing,segmenting,and combining the operative surgical video,it can help the clinicians analysis and summarize operative experience efficiently and the practicing students make medical practice more quickly.What we have done includes:No.1.In the operative surgical video,using the technology of H.264 and ffmpeg,we realize the module of transcribing operative surgical video,in this module it can realize storing high definition and more small video file in the storage server disk.No.2.In the management of operative surgical video,we can classify and query the operative surgical video according to the operative surgical task.In the later processing course,we can query and play the transcribed video and segment and combine the operative surgical video.No.3.In the management of operative surgical tasks,we design the database correctly which can formulate,check and query operative surgical tasks according to the doctor information of operative surgical task and operative surgical category.
