Research On Workflow Technology And Its Application In Tax Risk Monitoring Platform

Workflow technology is an important technical means for government and enterprises to realize office automation.Workflow technology provides the functions of process definition,control,monitoring,access control,etc.so we can achieve business process standardization,and improve the office working efficiency.At present,software vendors have developed a number of workflow products on the basis of WFMC's workflow-related models and software product architectures,and workflow products are moving toward trends from plug-ins to independent management systems.Workflow management system's function is becoming more and more powerful,and most of the products are supported by the product manufacturers.For the purpose of reducing the cost of system development,many users choose to use the free open source workflow engine.In the situation of so many workflow products exists,it is of paramount important to choose a workflow system that best meets the needs of the application.This paper makes a deep theoretical analysis and research on the workflow technology,and makes a comparative analysis of the existing workflow engine,and finds out some shortcomings of the existing workflow engine:(1)the operation of the workflow engine Need to explain the pre-set workflow definition file,so that the process can't be carried out in the process of flexible changes to the process node;(2)for the situation of complex process and business logic changes frequently,one by one to modify the process definition file,the difficulty remains;(3)Heavyweight workflow engine with powerful features,but the deployment and use will be more complex,less likely to be users or developers to master.In view of the above shortcomings,this paper presents a lightweight custom workflow system design,the use of database tables from the associated way to design the definition of process node relationship,making the process of interpretation and implementation do not need to know the whole process,all we need to know is the relationship between the two adjacent nodes,This method is similar to the "building blocks" approach,which can make the process of definition and dynamic changes more flexible.Since the definition of the process is based on the process node,as for situation of the business logic changes frequently,we only need to change the adjacent process nodes,and will not affect the other aspects of the process.The workflow engine for each function using a separate stored procedure to achieve,the user can choose the appropriate one according to the needs of their own functions without using the workflow as a whole engine,which makes it easier to use and deploy.In the full consideration and solve the above shortcomings of the case,this workflow design has already applied to the tax risk monitoring platform,and received a good feedback.This design can also make a good reference in the similar business office system in the future.
