Image staining can improve people's ability to identify the target image,intuitive understanding of the various parts of the image information.As an important aspect of computer vision,there are a wide range of applications in medical images and biological images.In this paper,the color image information on the rendering graph is migrated to the target image by single-target low-contrast image staining.The efficiency of image color transfer can be improved by batch automatic single target color transfer.Multi-target staining,multi-target staining was achieved by two methods: color transfer and non-segmentation.The main contents of this paper are divided into three parts: single-objective image contrast enhancement and color information migration color transfer;batch automatic single-target color transfer technology;interactive multi-target segmentation color transfer and undividing the overall color transfer.First,single target low contrast image staining,contrast analysis of the Welsh algorithm,based on color similarity algorithm and pixel-based rearrangement color transfer algorithm.This paper improves the single-target low-contrast image staining based on the pixel rearrangement algorithm.The contrast of the target image is first enhanced.Second,because the target image and render the size of the case is not the same,through the use of three convolution interpolation for scaling processing.Finally,pixel-based rearrangement algorithm is used to image the target image.Second,batch automatic single target color transfer technology development.Through the flow chart to describe the implementation process in detail,showing the main interface,and introduced the various functions and functions.This batch color transfer simplifies the manual operation and improves the color transfer efficiency.Third,for the target image object is not one,can not directly use the commonly used segmentation method for segmentation.By using the multi-objective interactive segmentation method,the target image is segmented,and then the target pixel is stained by the improved pixel rearrangement algorithm.Finally,the edge part of the foreground is processed and the edge color information is natural.For multi-target coloring,some target images in the target is not easy tosegment or the presence of adhesion,the use of undivided staining.
