Aluminum alloy material is widely used because of its excellent properties.But in the process of using,the structure will have a certain fatigue damage,so it is very important to monitor the structure health.At present,the traditional nondestructive testing method is to detect the structure of aluminum alloy off-line under the static environment,and can not realize on-line detection,especially in the high-speed operation of aluminum alloy structure.AE technology has many advantages,such as sensitivity to active defects and rapid detection of large structures.It is a good choice to apply it to the field of aluminum alloy damage monitoring.But the AE data acquisition system of the necessary technology is not ideal,this paper designed a set of acoustic emission data acquisition system based on FPGA,this system has the characteristics of multi channels,high sampling rate,high transmission rate,the specific work is as follows:1.based on the current research status of AE data acquisition system,development and design of multi channel acoustic emission of FPGA synchronous data acquisition system based on FPGA as control,the system processing core,realize data acquisition and analog digital conversion by high-speed AD module,and the data collected will be transmitted to FPGA by the data cache and related processing in FPGA,through the USB interface technology to realize high speed data communication between FPGA and computer terminal.2.this paper is divided into two parts:hardware design and software design.The design scheme of high-speed data acquisition system is put forward.The hardware design includes the selection of each device,the principle analysis,the peripheral circuit design and PCB design.The software design includes the logical design and simulation test of FPGA,and the preparation of the host computer software based on LabVIEW.3.realize the function of data acquisition module of AD7616,realize the USB data communication function CY7C68013A in Slave-FIFO mode FPGA and the PC side,the AE data terminal real-time waveform display and data storage function in PC.4.Finally,build the hardware test platform,completed debugging work of system software and hardware,function test and acoustic emission signal acquisition experiment through the data acquisition,the results show that the system is suitable,to achieve the desired results.The research work in this paper provides a strong support for AE technology in the damage detection of aluminum alloys.This system has a wide range of applications in acoustic emission testing and related fields.
