This paper introduces a transceiver for stepped-frequency pulsed drilling radar,the transceiver meets the requirements of portable,low cost and the whole system has high resolution and long distance detection.It is precisely because of the high resolution and detection distance of the stepping frequency system radar system,combined with the problem that the resolution and detection distance existing in the radar system of the time-domain pulse logging system can't be satisfied at the same time.This topic is mainly devoted to the practical application of stepping frequency system in logging imaging radar.This article from the technical analysis of the generation of the stepped-frequency signal source,parameter derivation,common structure analysis and parameter design of receiver start.And finally designed a stepped-frequency transceiver which meets the requirements of the system.The system has a high degree of integration,can be programmed to choose the frequency range of the step system,FM interval,sub-burst broadband,and the step system used in logging radar medium innovation.The entire transceiver system is highly flexible,with a wide frequency band(DC-1.5GHz)and fast frequency switching capability(ns magnitude)and large dynamic range and sensitivity(greater than-80dBm).In the end of this article introduces the design and the entity and the performance of the parameters were measured,then,build a simulation platform for the joint testing of transceiver system.The main content of the whole article is divided into five chapters,firstly,introduced the research content and significance of the subject and researched the status of Step-Frequency radar.Secondly,introduced the theory and parameter of the RF source and the theory and the main parameter of the receiving system,and deduced the formula of the main design parameters.thirdly,introduced the main technology of launch frequency synthesis and the comprehensive consideration of the actual needs and analysis of the pros and cons after the final design of the program,which greatly improves the power of the transmitted signal,then,introduced the selection of the main modules and related devices and performance.Finally,introduced the main design architecture of the stepped-frequency receiver and the final used structure,as well as the receiver of the various modules to achieve the choice of related devices and performance.The performance of the basic parameters of the transceiver system istested by using the spectrum analyzer and the oscilloscope and the FPGA development board.The test result is basically in accordance with the requirements of parameter design and the requirement of logging imaging radar.
