| Chronicles of Chinese Archives refers to record a certain area, in a certain time period archives development history and present situation of archives. Our country already has a number of files, shows the development of archival undertaking in different period of our country's history and current situation.Because Chronicles of Chinese Archives has used the way of historical to record, so archives has "Keep history", "Auxiliary govern", "enlightenment" value,it is important book of informative chronicles .File compiling work originated in the 1980 s. Since then , there is no one has done the compiling system research .This paper puts the Chinese Archives as the research object, in order to show the characteristics of archives compilation and reveal the law of archives compilation , we had done many work like to comb summary, sorting, analysis file compiling principle and method, and so on.In this paper the main contents are as follows , which has divided into five parts: the first part for the compilation of Chinese archives evolution; The second part is the main body of Chinese archives editing; In the third quarter of Chinese archives editing process;The fourth part is the compilation of Chinese archives method; The fifth part file editing and analysis of Chronicles of Chinese Archives.In short, this article sort out and systematically summarize the Chronicles of Chinese Archives compilation using the theory of archival documents compilations. |
