Knowledge Fusion Method And System Of Local Chronicles

Local chronicles is a unique literature resources in China,it comprehensively records the natural,social,economic,cultural and other aspects of the situation within a certain time and space.The development and utilization of local chronicles resources is of great significance for inheriting Chinese civilization,exploring historical wisdom and serving social development.With the rapid development of information technology,people's demand for obtaining local chronicles resources tends to be more standardized,knowledge-based and service-oriented,which also challenges the digital construction of local chronicles resources,but it is also a rare opportunity.At present,the organization of local chronicles resources is mostly limited to the image,text and database construction of local chronicles documents,but the knowledge application of local chronicles resources is not enough.Knowledge fusion can standardize the description and knowledge extraction of local chronicles resources according to their heterogeneity and relevance,and provide an effective solution for the construction of local chronicles knowledge service system.Therefore,this paper studies the knowledge fusion method and system of local chronicles resources:the specific content is as follows:(1)Through the study of the characteristics of local chronicles resources and knowledge fusion related theory,put forward the knowledge fusion model of local chronicles resources.The model divides the knowledge fusion into three levels:resource level,knowledge level and service level.The task of resource level is to describe the resources of local chronicles based on the relevant norms of local chronicles to form a corpus,improve the universality and availability of data,and realize the orderly development of local chronicles resources.The task of knowledge layer is to construct the knowledge base of local chronicles based on knowledge extraction technology and ontology technology and to realize the knowledge of local chronicles resources.The task of the service layer is to visualize the local chronicles knowledge and provide knowledge services for users based on the result set of knowledge fusion,so as to realize the service of local chronicles knowledge.(2)Using the knowledge fusion algorithm based on fuzzy set theory,the semantic association degree of local chronicles knowledge elements is calculated,and good fusion effect is obtained.The algorithm divides the fusion of semantic relevance calculation of knowledge elements into three stages:knowledge fuzziness,knowledge reasoning and knowledge clarity.Under the function of fusion rule base and membership function,the knowledge elements of local chronicles are fused.The experimental results show that the method is effective and feasible,and the results are more reliable than single source knowledge detection,which reduces the uncertainty of fusion results.It has certain reference value for improving the quality of local chronicles knowledge base and mining tacit knowledge.(3)Based on the research of knowledge fusion method of local chronicles resources,this paper designs and implements the visualization prototype system of local chronicles knowledge fusion.The main function of the system is to provide users with multi-dimensional and multi-granularity knowledge services based on the result set of knowledge fusion.The system is divided into local chronicles knowledge navigation and retrieval,associated knowledge visualization,geographic information visualization,document data visualization and other modules,which provides a new display mode different from the traditional local chronicles information system.
