Research On The Quality Of Intelligent Service Of Guangxi Library Based On Standardization And Adaptability

As the foundation of Library work,service has always been the top priority of Library Science Research.In the new technology environment in twenty-first Century,the Library's intelligence service also has a smart,collaborative,technical and full of humane spirit and other new features.In the past,the quantitative research on the quality of library service can not fully reflect the situation of Library's intelligence service.Therefore,it is necessary to study the quantitative research of library intelligent service.This paper based on the analysis of the factors affecting the quality of Public Library services,with the standardization and adaptability of coordination theory,service quality perception theory,construct the model of library service quality measurement system design of intelligence,the intelligence of the public library service quality evaluation from the perspective of Library readers.Based on the empirical study of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region library,this paper uses the method of expert interview and questionnaire to evaluate the intelligence service quality of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Library,sums up the achievements and shortcomings of the intelligence service of the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region library,and puts forward the construction of the intelligent library service system based on standardization and adaptability,hope to help the library to play its own value,improve service efficiency,while meeting the needs of individual readers.
