| With the continuous development of group enterprise,the scale is still deal with the current economic downturn and the main mode of market competition heats up,and it is also the current strategy of resources optimization allocation.But because of too large and complex organization,strategic objectives and work plan difficult to implement,these lead to the problem of achieving optimal allocation of resources increasingly prominent.Traditional collaborative office system pays attention to file processing,unable to meet the demand of large organizations working together.Then,how to strengthen the group companies and their subsidiaries of the elaborating management,information sharing and delicacy management,to make cross-time,cross-sector,cross-regional,cross industry business communication and coordinated management come true,to standardize the management model,and to improve execution and management level and work efficiency,these problem have taken the focus of attention of strengthening the group control ability and core competition ability.In this paper,based on solving this problem,the research subject of group enterprise collaborative management system has been raised up,and it is of practical value.The development of this system has made full use of software development platform.compared with traditional software development,it has the advantages of shortened development cycle,high efficiency and strong expansibility,etc.The basic idea of software development platform is “what you see is what you get”,and with the drive and guide of business,it has the business modeling and implementation technology dependent feature,with business modeling and code automatically generated ability,customization and extension ability,providing a good support for the completion of subject goals.Based on the prototype of a certain group enterprise’s need of work coordinated management,this paper apply the software development platform to build the collaborative management system,improving the development efficiency and reliability and shortening the development cycle.This subject’s main research content is research of current collaborative management both at home and aboard,to understand the problems and causes;through the analysis of group enterprise collaborative management of the business process,to determine the system functional requirements;based on the research of the software development tools,the paper puts forward application of platform to build group enterprise collaborative management system;based on the determining of the overall system architecture design,to complete the system function module design and database design;finally after the completion of system functional testing,results show that the system run normally,meeting the basic requirements of group enterprise collaborative management work. |
